The strategic plan for this project is a first part of the assignment(prospective project)and I am pharmacist.

Strategic Plan (Part 1)
– Evidence of strategic planning, this may be retrospective or prospective
Operational Plan (Part 1)
– including tactics
Evaluation pro forma (Part 2)
– including evaluation of project outcomes, personal role, and learning
Leadership report (Part 3) including
– A brief description of the practice setting (practice setting should be described but not identified. Confidentiality must be protected).
– Advancement in practice and/or personal development should underpin the discussion.
– A discussion of leadership styles in relation to the leader?s role.
*At the beginning I need the first part which is strategic plan table, I will upload the required template for the assignment which contain 5 columns. (file-1).
I will up load file for the previous student’s work with similar topic which is( Establishment of medicine information centre in a general hospital)file #2 I think he mix between strategy &tactic.And he use complete sentences not bullet point or short sentences.
so you can use the same issues and outcomes with modification and paraphrasing and rewriting nicely.
Also may be you can elaborate with further information, explanations or ideas.just use the previous student project as guide to the strategic plan table to achieve perfect and arranged piece of work.
I have some suggested issues might be helpful
Issue#1 To establish the role of pharmacist as drug expert.
physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals should be made aware of the role of pharmacist and function when it comes to drugs.
Outcome#1
for this would be to organize lectures for other pharmacists and nurses on the emphasis of pharmacist’s role as drug expert.

Issue#2 Difference in opinion between medical doctors and clinical pharmacist or pharm D regarding appropriate drugs including dose adjustments.
Outcome#2:make them understand that the pharmacist goal is to deliver quality service to patients and avoid the medication errors.
I couldn’t help much.Actually,I need three issues .
