Role of the Nursing Profession in Society

The nursing profession can basically be described as the healthcare profession that mainly dwells on the care of individuals, the household care and the whole community as a whole. This care that is fostered to the community n general is aimed at ensuring that all the stakeholders attain their optimal health conditions, maintain and in some other situations even recover the health conditions (Masters, 2005).
