Marketing can be described as the process that has the responsibility of profitably satisfying the customersÂ’ needs through the identification of their requirements or needs and anticipating those needs. For an organization to achieve their marketing objectives successfully there is need to apply effective marketing strategies that meets all their customers needs and expectations and therefore give the organization a competitive edge over their competition. To gain the competitive edge an organization needs to find an effective way of gaining their customers loyalty and employ marketing strategies that will win them new customers. Such an objective requires that the organization gets the proper insight to their customersÂ’ requirements through research in order to ensure that they meet their expectations and their anticipation. It is for this purpose that the marketing experts developed the marketing mix model that employs customers and product focused strategies that can win organization customers loyalty and win them new ones(Kotler, & Armstrong 2010). There are different way that an organization can employ their marketing strategies to meet their objective the market mix method however ensure that the organization and the customers are both left satisfied .This because the organization applies strategies that provides the organization with an effective route and direction to achieve their goals. Any organization that strives to excel in provision of services and products that meets theexpectations of their customers must therefore employ strategies that provide satisfactory service and products to their customers and meet the organizationÂ’s values and mission.
