Communication also can lead to innovations through sharing of ideas and as a team evaluates how each idea contributes to other. Employees’ to be able to access this freedom and togetherness they need to be motivated. Motivation is interpersonal. All people are not motivated by same things. Each person’s motivation should be known and environment arranged to help accommodate the contribution of others.
