Nazi regime s through-out the decades has been characterized with injustices in the societies. It is from this perspective that arguments are based. Totalitarians have a straightforward view about the use of Nazi prison camps in relation to justice as discussed in the subsequent paragraphs. It is not morally acceptable to put individuals under Nazi prison camp for whatever reason. This is in perspective to utilitarianism perspective. Trusts and reliability are crucial in ensuring justice and all that pertains to its achievement. The code of ethics demands that engineers be honest and impartial as they pass judgment to the subjects. Impartiality and honesty has been lacking in the Nazi prisons camps, and this has led to misjudgments of individuals who fall victims. Withholding truth and lying characterized by the Nazi prison camps forms part of dishonesty which makes it unjustifiable to put individuals.

Dishonesty is wrong in the society in that it violates the moral uprightness of individuals in the society. This is caused by making decisions with are not the truth and without the individuals informed consent. Dishonesty undermines the societal principles of trust which is the pillar in supporting the individuals being in the society; this is in the utilitarian perspective. This is another main reason why the use of Nazi is not justifiable; it interferes with the informed decision making in the society which is of benefit to the societal development.
