Did the Business Policy course meet your expectations?
The course met my expectations of doing business analysis and in determining the companyÂ’s direction. I am able to identify and explain the companyÂ’s mission and vision statement and their roles in steering the company forward. Besides this, I am able to make various analysis and evaluation of all the resources for the alignment of the financial and non financial resources concerning the companyÂ’s strategic plan. Through this cause, I am able to do SWOT analysis, which is helpful in determining the companies working environment. This will also be important to me in relating the company to its strategic plans.
What is the most important material you learned from the course?
The course offered skill for making a critical decision in the business which is significant to the business performances. It provides the opportunity for people to gather different facts from different sources, which are helpful. It encourages in thorough investigations of facts and examining of the available options in solving a problem. It promotes solving problems through a joint venture in interactive sessions. Just as Kozami (2003) argued, creating a good business policy is vital in giving the organization direction. It spells out policies which are required for business growth.
