this is a legal research report that has to to be done based on some material provided to us. it concerns the area of civil rights in practice.
question given to us –
Use the pro-forma Legal Research Report form that you used throughout the module to write up and submit your research report. Your report should cover all aspects of the clientÂ’s problem as contained in the materials you were given during the module.
You should draft the report as if you were a trainee writing it for a supervisor. Before you begin, make sure you read the completed example labelled ‘Guide to Conducting Practical Legal Research in Module Documents on eLP. This will illustrate the style you need to adopt.
I will upload the guide to conducting practical legal research with a sample practical legal research report. I will also upload the information provided about the clientÂ’s problem (attendance note ) and give and idea of the relevant areas that needs to be looked into.
The documents I will upload will have a document "Attendance Note -Steven Summers " This is what we have to do the research report from.
the document "form and arrest" will have – 1) IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEM/AREAS FOR RESEARCH
2) KEY WORDS / PHRASES
please use this as a base because I have discussed the same with my seminar tutor and she has said that this is the right path.
there will be other documents that will have research on some of the relevant topics.
