Brand Management: What Makes a Brand Bond with its Consumers?
Companies spend millions as investments on building up its brand with an aim to court its consumers. They do invest on loyalty programs and flashy advertisement to woo consumer and make them bond with their brand. However, all this effort culminates with the reasons which make a brand bond with its consumers. A brand is able to bond with its consumer if it has emotional connections with the company.
