Advertising has been the modern way of creating awareness among business people and companies. This is due to the nature of different cultures and activity which is characterized with it. Many people are attracted by advertisement through the image. The scope of advertisement can better understand through studying the history of arts which gave birth to the modern from of advertisement. Various forms of arts, which were used by the early artist is what yielded the modern for m of advertisement as they will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs.

One form of art, which led to the introduction of the advertisement, was optical art. It refers to the painting and sculpture which gave the illusions effects of perceptual processes (Art of the 20th Century 2011).  It was first used by the Times Magazine before being adopted to designate a two dimensional structures as it gave a strong psychological effects. In this manner, it attracted the minds of people, as it was appreciated by many people from the effects it had.

Another tem leading to the development of advertisement from art is Arte Program. It is a term to given to earlier work of Italians artists as they were primarily concerned with the kinetic arts (Art of the20th Century 2011). They produced objects through analogue procedures to methods of technological research. They created prototype which was letter developed through closely related artifacts. The object produced was operated by hands and machines hence required the participation of the public in order to function and explore other physical and optical phenomenon.
